What does Vagical vaginal insert contain?
The active ingredient in Vagical vaginal insert is Calendula officinalis Mother Tincture 150 mg. The excipient is Polyethylene Glycol. Calendula officinalis Mother Tincture is a traditional herbal medicinal product prepared according to the French Pharmacopoeia using Calendula officinalis flowers.
Calendula officinalis (Marigold) is well known for its antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, coating, astringent and healing activity. lts main constituents are: triterpene saponins, triterpene alcohols, carotenoids, flavonoids, coumarins, polyacetylenes, phytosterols, volatile oil and polysaccharides. Polyethylene Glycol is a hydrophilic excipient which ensures proper bioavailability of the active ingredient. lt does not irritate and it is well-soluble in the natural vaginal environment allowing quick release of the active substance.

Directions
- Adults 18 years and up: Wash hands before and after use. Before use, damp insert with water that has been previously boiled and cooled. Place one insert into vagina 2-3 times per day.
- Children 12-18 years: Consult a doctor before use.
- Under 12 years of age: Do not use.
